recent 3rd annual Modesto Concours Larry and Janice Witlison of Sacramento took first place in Class with their Jaguar Dan Tucker of Stockton was second in Class with a Mascrati and Gary Marquys of Chico placed second in Class with a Morgan Barton Newlln of Loomis was first In Class NC with a Lincoln and Ronald and Joan Malmquist of Stockton (Chevrolet) finished second and Charles Kitllnger of Sacramento (Cadillac) third in Class Scott and Debra Tltensor of Roseville took first place and Chuck Blank of Rancho Cordova was third in Class T-2 Both prize-winners were Ford Thunderblrds Rich and Judy Wood of Sacramento finished second and John and Saundra Grammer of Roseville third in Class Y-l with their Mustangs The of Show" trophy went to Gerry and Jeannie Jensen of Turlock for their 1931 Chrysler Imperial The Choice trophy was won by Ron and Judie Boudreau of Modesto who entered a 1937 Cord Jim and Jill Asbill of Modesto took the Honorary Judges trophy for their 1934 Rolls-Royce Spokesman Stan Stewart said 7000 persons viewed 200 classic and restored automobiles in the concours which was held Oct 2 on the West Campus of Modesto Junior College Golden Woodies Tour Sunday The Sacramento Golden Woodies club will hold Its annual foothill tour this Sunday Club members are scheduled to leave Old Sacramento at 10 am and take back roads to Volcano where they will have lunch
